We do the grunt work.
You do the advising.
Your clients get a structured AML program and a configured portal. You get full access to their documents, a 32-obligation mapping table, testing mode and setup access to configure their portal directly.
What you get
Everything you need to review your client's AML program efficiently.
32-obligation mapping table
Every AUSTRAC requirement pre-mapped to legislation, program documents and portal configuration. Review systematically, not from scratch.
Full access to documents and portal
Read the program documents, review the Configuration Schedule and see the live portal setup including risk appetite, screening rules, CDD procedures and compliance settings.
Testing access included
Optional testing mode lets you interact with the portal using test records. Run sample CDD checks, trigger screening workflows and see exactly what your client experiences.
Privilege-protected by design
Your access is excluded from the main audit trail. There is no communication channel in the portal. Conversations happen off-platform. This is deliberate.
View access and testing access
View access lets you review your client's full portal setup. Testing access lets you interact with test records to see how the portal handles different customer profiles and risk scenarios. Your client grants you the access level they need.
We handle the heavy lifting
Program documents, portal configuration and screening rules are structured and ready before you start. Your client's investment goes where it counts: your time, your review and your advice.
How it works
Your client sets up. You review and advise.
Your client signs up and configures their portal
They use Plug & Play to set up their AML program with sector-specific documents, risk appetite, screening rules and CDD procedures.
You get an invite link
Your client sends you a secure invite from their portal. You click the link and verify via OTP. No account creation required. Choose view access to review or testing access to interact with test records.
You review using the Brief to Solicitor
The Brief includes an executive summary, a 32-obligation requirements mapping table and annexures. You also have full access to the program documents and Configuration Schedule.
You advise – off-platform
There is no communication channel in the portal by design. You review inside the portal, then advise your client through your normal channels. Privilege protected.
Lawyer in the Loop
Your clients can invite you into their portal using our Lawyer in the Loop feature with read-only, testing or full setup access. Privilege-protected by design. No cost to you.
